"I had ordered an item that was over $100. There was a coupon which took it below $100. When I was ordering from the main page it said free shipping. But during checkout I was forced to choose a shipping method where the lowest price was over $8. I placed the order and sent CPAP Shop an email complaining about this. Then I checked out the main page again and at the top of the page I saw that items under $100 were not eligible for free shipping. I emailed CPAP Shop back and told them to forget about it, that I had read the top of the page and saw my item wasn't eligible for free shipping. The CPAP Shop nonetheless refunded me the shipping cost when they certainly didn't have to. "
