"Needed a new power supply and cord overnight as I was traveling for work and had forgotten mine. I placed the order online and even got a call and spoke with a representative to ensure I was ordering the right product. I asked if I was missing anything was told "no" and ordered and paid an extra 30.00 for overnight shipping. When I received the power supply I learned that it did not come with the power cord and was useless to me. When I called The CPAP Shop they told me I should have seen on the website to order the cord seperate (which I did not see when I placed the order) and that there was nothing they could do for me. I returned the power supply at my expense and went elsewhere. Ultimately I paid over $40.00 in shipping and got nothing but attitude. Will not use them again."
