"I found the sizing guide to be confusing so I purchased the wrong size mask. I tried to remedy the problem by purchasing the correct sized gel mask insert but I found that it did not fit my mask. This was my fault, however, I wish the website would have made it clear that the frame of the mask was not universally and that the gel inserts were are not interchangeable. I probably should have called before I made my purchases but I was eager to get it ordered and I made a bad decision."

If you could give any feedback to Puritan it would be to make the curved, rigid sliding bracket that holds the mask much stronger. Since finding the product I have gone through three brackets. They are not very strong and easily snapped if the mask is not pulled off with the proper motion.
