"The dress resembled somewhat similar to the dress in the photograph. Lacked a well made dress and there were some stuff arounds with it arriving on time. However customer service was fantastic and they upgraded my shipping to express. There were two problems with it. Some fabric sat funny and resulted in the need for alterations which was another $130. also threads came undone in multiple spots. Colour was beautiful but bear in mind you will probably have for fork out at least $100. "

"After 3 other failed dresses from other internet sellers, we finally found The Celebrity Dresses with a referral from a friend who had bought several dresses in the past.
We purchased our dress and it arrived here in Australia in about 2 weeks.
It was sewn beautifully with great attention to detail.
I have sewn for over 20 years and could tell straight away what fine quality this dress was.
It was packed in tissue paper and a folded cardboard box, again with respect and great attention to detail.

"Dress was not the color or 'replica' it was claiming to be when I ordered it. It was made with very cheap fabric and didn't feel as expensive as it actually was. When I emailed about the dress all I got back was a run around of them asking if I can keep the dress. When I said no, I wanted to return it for a refund, they continued (about 5 emails worth) to ask me to keep the dress and they would send me $20 to keep it, I said no I want to return it, they came back saying okay $30 to keep the dress. Finally it got through to them I was not keeping it, they said sending it back would be my own expense, eventhough delivery and the customs fee and the dress itself came to $250 Canadian. The return fee would've been $18 which I was willing to do, they said eh wanted a tracking number which en made my return fee cost $56. On numerous emails I asked how much my refund would be as they refused to accept the color was completely different then the picture I ordered from. But they never told me until finally I received a PayPal refun of less then half what I paid for. In total I spent $300 to receive a dress I did not technically order only to be given $114. I will never order from them again. They claim "replicas" when infact they are not. The style was similar but in no way a replica. I would've never ordered from them knowing the dress would be so cheaply made and so difficult to refund. "
