"I requested the dress to be made with my custom measurements and asked if it could arrive within 4 weeks - while the dress arrived in under 3 weeks (thank you!) unfortunately it was much to big and much too long. Luckily because it came so early I had time to get it adjusted and I couldn't be happier with it - the quality of the material is superb and the colour is amazing! "I ordered a custom size dress from The Celebrity Dresses,
The dress is beautiful, don't get me wrong,
However it was made completely to the wrong sizes, I was asked to take photos of the dress with a measuring tape demonstrating this, which I did, to which they told me I was measuring wrong. I remeasured using word for word their guidelines, and even though you could blatantly see the dress was made to incorrect sizes, They refused to accept the dress for a return. I have been offered a $25 refund, which I still have not seen. I am extremely dissatisfied,as I now have a useless dress, and have wasted a lot of time, energy and money, when it would have been extremely simple for me to just return the dress. I understand their policy says you cannot return custom dresses, however this dress was made to the wrong measurements, and is therefore faulty. I don't see how this is my fault. I feel extremely cheated and tricked by The Celebrity Dresses."
