"The customer service was great! I had forgotten to enter some details about my order and they responded quite fast. Shipping only took a week. I would recommend to enter your own measurements rather the selecting a size though. The only con about my dress is that there is an exta fabric layer underneath the dress, and it stops at an awkward length and you can actually see it. Other then that, I am quite pleased with everything!!"

This last time though I ordered a custom size dress and when it came it fit two dress sizes bigger and the beading and sqeuins on the dress fell off everytime I tried the dress on. They also didn't tell me that the dress was going to come with a train. Very poor quality control this time around. I wI'll say that the dresses are very pretty but after alterations I ended up paying way too much than I had anticipated had the dress came in the custom size all of the additional expenses would've been eliminated. And the cus service was horrible. "
