"Three months pasted with excuses of why I didn't get my furniture. I never recieved the 24 hours notice call for delivery like promised. A week after the estimated delivery date I had to call for answers. They claimed they couldn't find my address the first time. The second time they claimed the gate (I like on a military base) wouldn't let a rental truck on (are you delivering my furniture in a uhaul?) and the third time, I finally just filed a claim with PayPal because they stated they'd attempt delivery again. Well I'm still going to live on base, so if the gate turned you away the first time, they will a second time. So then I called and was told I'd have to pay a 25 percent restocking fee. I'm not paying a restocking fee when I never recieved my purchase. Worst customer service ever. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal. I filed a claim and PayPal got me a full refund. Do NOT order from this website."
"I placed my order in late September and it said it would ship by October 2nd at the latest. I felt that was a little long to wait but considering the price. Then it didn't ship, and I decided to give them until the following week to have it shipped before calling to inquire about my order. It never ships so I call only to find out that the day I called was the start of a 2 day vacation for the company, which means they KNEW they were going to be closed for weeks on end and failed to fill their existing orders leaving all their customers to wait for weeks before their orders would even be processed. Come the end of the company holiday I called them and asked what was happening with my and was told that they were going to ship that same day if not the morning following, which OK. Yeah again, long wait but considering the price I was trying to give them some slack. 4 days Later I STILL do not have a shipping notice or tracking number so I call again and am told THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK! What's more is that the product is on back-order, so they blatantly lied to me that my item would be shipping immediately! I tell them to refund my money and they tell me I have to email them to cancel the order. So after I cool down I call them back and try to give them a chance to rectify the situation, find a similar or slightly more expensive product, just something to give them a chance to make this right so I wouldn't have to write this long review, only to be told they have no similar product in stock and the earliest anything, my order or a changed order, would get to me is another week and a half. They even still have the same $700 product on their webpage ready to sell and when I ask why they would do that with such delays, they claim that it says it is "not in stock" on the page but they do sell them which is why it is still up. I was looking at their page then and I checked again before this review, NO WHERE does it say back-ordered or product not in stock. So twice they lied to me, once was terrible for a representative to do, but for 2 to do that on top of the false shipping window? Sorry, this is a dishonest company, if they cannot handle their workload they need to state that the processing time is 1+months for an order or give you some indication of what is happening because false promises and lies, are the signs of a terrible company and one you should not give your business to! Spend the extra 10% and go to one of their competitors!!!"

"I ordered a chest of drawers that I could not find anywhere locally or with any of the larger chain stores. I had previously ordered the dresser and liked it so much I decided I did want the chest of drawers as well. Well unfortunately when the chest of drawers arrived it appeared as though during the shipping process it had been handled pretty rough (dropped on one side). So I contacted customer service and they were so great to work with. They ordered a new one to be sent out asap from the manufacturer. Very awesome and I will definitely do more business with The Classy Home! "

"I ordered a twin bed with bedframe June 12. A head board arrived June 24. No hardware no foot board nothing! When I called about it I was told that the foot board was not ordered .... yet it was. The would not accept the return of the headboard bc it was not in the original package. Also the bed frame finally came after multiple emails and calls on July 6. And guess what?? It was bent . I tried to return that but since I wasn't home when fedex dropped it off they won't accept it back. I was told that I am suppose to open the package and not let the driver leave until I inspect the merchandise!!!!! Seriously!!!!! I have a job and work during the day and the driver has a job and doesn't have time to watch me open your crappy furniture. They are awful. Don't make my mistake . Now I'm stuck with awful furniture. I don't understand why they need 1 to 2 days to update you (which never happened) considering in this age of technology, everything could be done within minutes. Don't they have cellphones to call who ever they need to contact? Never again buying from this site."

"I've had one of the worst shopping experience EVER with The Classy Home. I placed an order through the website. Apparently everything was OK at the time I placed the order, however, they confirmed by email later on that the item i bought was out of stock and that I had to wait for more than a month to get it.
In addition to that, they close on the weekends, they work 3 hours on Fridays and if you want to call customer service be prepared to spend more than half an hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone and then receive a terrible service once someone finally answered. Oh, and they don't respond to emails either. So don't lose your time and go shopping somewhere else where they care about customers."
"Stay away from this store!! I ordered a set of chairs that contained a tag warning that the chair contained chemicals that caused birth defects and cancer. I contacted the store and in order to return the chairs I need to not only pay 25% of the fee but also the shipping fees to me and then back to them. Their customer service is horrible and their products give you cancer. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
I keep asking them for advise on how to ship the chairs back- I just want them out of my house- they offer no help. "Just ship them however you would like," they told me after I asked for advise & I told them I have never shipped chairs and don't even know where to start. It's very evident they could not care less whether I am a satisfied customer or not. "

"the delivery men did an excellent job considering i had to reroute them due to poor driveway conditions ie: snow ice etc... i was very happy with the price i paid and even though i have not yet unpacked my furniture, it appears to be well packaged and in good condition. i have no complaints and plan to use this company again in the future!
