"I purchased a motherboard through this company; they had the right price and the initial purchase went smoothly. There turned out to be a problem with the secondary IDE side and so I sought and was given a return authorization for the board. After a reasonable interval to allow the board to be returned and as a result of my shipment tracking, the board wound up in their posession with copies of the invoice and the receipt. Nearly a month has passed since they got the board and they have not even got a return authorization from their supplier and the service rep could not authorize a refund because they had lost the invoice and the copy of the receipt. I am not the only purchaser of that particular Asus motherboard who this has happened to. Computer clubhouse had at least 5 of those boards that they are handling in the same way. I do not think I would buy from that company again simply because they can not execute customer service in a professional manner."

What I ordered was shown to be in stock when I ordered, but was changed to on back order the next day and then the item was totally removed the next day from their website, I was never notified. Calls to them only got me the same information that it was on back order and no ETA on when I could look forward to it being shipped.
Finally, cancelled order and credit card was refunded."
"Purchase Videocard from em at a local computer show. 2 weeks later card died, so I shipped it back to them, and they told me my Refund was on the way, After waiting 3 weeks I tried to call them to find out about my refund, to my surprise both phone numbers were disconnected, so I had to contact my Credit Card Company to get them to refund my money and deal with them for me.
Never trust these asses again, they are the worst scam artists ever."
"I will not use these incompetents again, I found them like a lot of people do on Pricewatch.com. I ordered a MSI GEOFORCE video card, receved an email that I would shortly receive an email confirmation that the package had been shipped with a tracking number. One week later I emailed as to what had happened, I have yet to hear from The Computer Club Inc., I did however receive the NEXT DAY an automatically generated email with tracking number from UPS, but the package was not recognized in the UPS tracking system for another 18 hours, and as of today July 07, 2003 I have yet to receive my product from The Computer Club Inc. This now going on 2 weeks. I will never ever buy from this co. again and would say to anyone thinking of buying from them pay an extra dollar and go with a reputable company. Don't waste any time on these people, they charge your credit card promptly, but do not ship until they absolutely possitively have to, and will not respond to emails or phone calls."

"Just purchased a 60GB hard drive from these guys @ a computer show,, Maxtor 7200 rpm 133ATA before install I checked Maxtor site and I can not find this model # ?? further investigation leads me to refurbs and the fact that this model is actually a 5400 rpm,,, I know what the sign said and now we will see what tomorrow brings when I attempt to EXCHANGE it for what I paid for.,,,,,,,,,,,,, Next day: After threatening to stand in front of the booth and turn away customers they gave me another "white label" drive no maxtor label, and hand written 7200 on the static sleeve,,, said I could check the model # if I wanted,, I asked for a full refund and they agreed, took my business to a local seller and got a Maxtor label for a cheaper price..... "Like many of ComputerClubhouse.com's customers, I came across this company when a listing came up through pricewatch.com for some cheap processors. I naturally jumped on the chance and submitted an order. It was then that all the trouble began. I don't want to get involved with all of the specifics right now (I'm still pursuing the company via the BBB), but you all should be advised that this company LIES about pricing and inventory, has TERRIBLE customer service, the manager has POOR ENGLISH skills, and their word is not worth anything.
Be advised... their cheap prices are attractive, but dealing with Computer Club House is not worth it. Any company that treats their customers the way they have treated me is not one you can rely on.
Additionally, the Better Business Bureau emblem they prominently display on their page is done so seemingly fraudulently. Not only are they NOT a BBB member, but they in fact have an UNSATIFACTORY rating with the organization. Just goes to show you how much of their business practice is based on creating a hollow image to lure suckers in. A good experience with these guys appears to be the exception rather than the rule... don't bother. "
"I am very unhappy with The Computer Clubhouse. I ordered a dvd drive from them. They sent me three emails saying two different cards were rejected by the bank. After checkng my account between each unsucessfel charge ,I decided to call a friend who is a vice president at my bank. He told me The Computer Clubhouse never tried the charge my account. It turns out that they just didn't want to sell their product at the advertised price. I ended up ordering from a better company, which is what they probably wanted anyway. "
"I checked prices on there website and since I live just down the road I went to the store only to find that the prices are $10-$20 more for walk in customers. The explanation was that is the cost of shipping. well I dont know where they get the shipping prices from but this to me is just a way to get more out of a product. I think someone should investigate them for false advertising. They are always doing some kinda shady dealings it seems to me. And I have purchased stuff there in the past like boards and memory that they know do not work together but they sell it to you anyway just to make the sale. And anytime you try to exchange something the first words from their mouth is they want a restocking fee. My point is if they do this to local customers imagine the horor of purchasing from these jokers if you live out of state."
