This time, however, even though I engaged in an internet chat with a rep. because I wanted to be sure that my grab bag suit would be one with thick straps v. butterfly, I still received the wrong style. I telephoned and the person with whom I spoke was nice and helpful, assuring me I'd be reimbursed for the expense of sending it back and not charged for mailing its replacement. Still, I wish you ran the grab bag sales the way you used to: clear sketches of back styles with clear options when choosing either print or solid. "
