"After I placed and paid for my order for a swim suit, I received an e-mail letting me know that the color I had chosen was actually not available (it was out of stock.) They offered to replace it with any other color or any other style that was the same price. I was able to make a substitution that I was happy with, and sent an e-mail back to let them know what my choice was. After several days of hearing nothing, I sent another e-mail asking if my order had been shipped, and if they could provide a tracking number. The order actually arrived later that same day. So... they were on top of taking care of the order; however it would have been nice if their "in stock" choices reflected the colors that truly were in stock, and a follow-up e-mail once the order had shipped would have also been nice, just to keep me from wondering if they had received my e-mail regarding my replacement choice. Shipping was relatively fast and the suit itself is nice. I was just buying a practice suit and wasn't trying to match a specific team's color/style, so the stocking issue wasn't really a problem in my case, it just delayed the shipping for a day or two while communication regarding the replacement choice was occurring."
"I bought this suit for my 5 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Now, she wants to wear it all day. One of the kids told her she looked like a lifeguard. That did it! Even on the days they don't go into the pool, she wants to wear it.
I bought Finals swimsuits for her mother when she was younger and on a swim team. They held up well. She had one for swim practice and one for swim meets. They hold up against all the chlorine in the pool after swim practice twice a day."

"I ordered 2 life guard two piece suits, both in stock at the time of ordering. I'm not sure how something can be in stock when you order and then you hear from the company "oops, we're out of that." Very frustrating. I was offered to choose another suit for the same price, but there are no 2 piece guard suits available in the size I need. The quality and fit of the other items I ordered were fine, but a company should know what their stock is and what it isn't. Also, very slow shipping and the packaging was less than professional. "
"Upon realizing that I had ordered the wrong size bathing suit, I immediately called customer support to cancel the order per my confirmation email. I gave the rep all the necessary info and she said that she found my order and assured me that the order would be cancelled. A few days later, on the 10th, I received an email stating that my order was on the way. I immediately called again to make sure that a refund was processed, and the rep told me to refuse the package and that I can look for a refund. I'll be sure to refuse the package when it arrives, but it has now been 7 days since my initial order and phone conversation and I just want a resolution. I ordered the wrong size, that's my fault, but I've tried to avoid wasting resources and creating a more confusing situation than necessary. I never seem to get a resolution and there is still no refund or pending reversal on my bank statement, so this is stressing me out. "

"There's nothing quite as disappointing as thinking you've found a great deal on a trustworthy website only to realize that the claims were false, and your money was not in fact well spent. I was really excited about The Finals' 2 day shipping and now, 5 business days later, I'm not so excited anymore. My order confirmation email says "please allow 2 days for shipping and processing, but I haven't even gotten a shipment notification email yet. I know it's always hit and miss when you go looking for good deals online, but this website turned out to be a BIG miss. I'm just glad I didn't actually need my item in 2 days, and they should be too, because this was actually a pretty kind review as far as I'm concerned."
