If you do have any queries about their products or an order they reply quickly with an answer. From the times I have had contact, this is usually within 24 hours.

In terms of delivery, it's free and pretty much each of my orders has turned up next day. Orders have usually been sent Royal Mail 1st Class but sometimes recorded, which is a bonus.
