"Apalling! I have only ever used "The Game Collection" once and it will be my FIRST & LAST TIME!!! Ordered an item which was (alledgedly) despatched 21st April, now 10th May and still not received. Have emailed FOUR times and had no response-not even a bog standard automated reply.

Took a chance with these because the store i usually use didn't have the game i wanted in stock.
Ordered Tuesday morning. Recieved email Wednesday saying my game was dispatched. Now Saturday afternoon and nothing has arrived.

Now i have to wait for up to 14 days to see if it turns up before i can even ask for a refund.

The store i normally use delivers my stuff next day, 2 days maximum. It can't be that hard can it?

Update to this.
Sent them an email 6 days after order, stating that i would open a dispute with paypal if i didn't recieve it within the 7 days recommended. Next day the game turns up, clearly postmarked the day before.

Game wasn't sealed either. Had been opened and then shrinkwrapped. Also is NOT a UK version. Clearly states on the back of the case "NOT TO BE SOLD IN UK"
The website clearly states in the description "NEW AND SEALED" "UK"

I feel totally ripped off and have opened a dispute with Paypal.

"Ordered a game which was showing as plenty in stock and received email next day to advise it had been dispatched. 1st class postage is specified in delivery terms so when game hadn't arrived after a week I was concerned that it had been lost in the post. The game arrived 9 days after ordering and post mark on package showed that it was posted 8 days after ordering. Did receive quick response to email querying the late dispatch and was advised that more stock was listed than what they actually had. No excuse for why they sent a dispatch email when the item had clearly not been dispatched."
