"Ordered a replacement blender jar that ended up not fitting even though it says it is for my model number - the lid did not fit the replacement jar and it would not screw onto the base. The price was good, shipping took about 2 weeks and was a little pricey. They will not, however, refund initial shipping costs. So even if I return it and they refund the item's cost ($12), I will be out ~$20 - the $10/each way for shipping. Disappointed, seems they should since the website says it is for my model. They responded that this is a generic replacement and they had never heard of that before. Ok. "

"I had great service. I ordered a bowl for my older food processor. When I opened it, it did not fit on the machine quite right...it was close but no. I called the number on the invoice and the fellow told me a small amount of filing was need and how and where to do it. I fixed it myself in a couple of minutes and it works great! Apparently this is a common ailment due to to the age of the machine. (1984) "
