I suggest Active Sports (the house) check with their return department and also they will have a record of two Terrene Cake Eater 27.5 x 4" studded tire sales after the return date as these tires were out of stock when I returned and they are still out of stock - so you resold my two returns. Check the return shipping weight of fedex 288902308629. The package WEIGHT was 8.6 lbs / 3.9 kgs. This is the weight of two (2) tires and a 14"x14"x15" single wall cardboard box, not just one tire in a box. Active sports is incorrect in stating that I only returned one tire."

"Bought a bike based on the sizing on their website for my son. So he waited (im)patiently as a child does in anticipation for his new bike. It gets here he opens the box and starts putting a some pieces together cause he was too excited to wait for mom and dad to get home. Well we get home and even though on their website it says it should fit his height it was WAY to small. I call customer service they tell me they will get me a return shipping label to send it back so another $18.95 to send back a bike that does not fit. Oh but then she says oh but the bike was partially put together????? U have to get approval before we will even accept the refund. WAIT your website said this bike should fit and now you might not take it back or might keep some of my money. This bike was delivered yesterday went back into the box yesterday never having gone outside or even ridden. Customer service keeps saying sorry but not doing anything else. I am out $40 in shipping fees because their sizing on their website is wrong and am waiting to see if they will even take it back! Oh and I did buy a bigger bike last night before I knew how awful a return experience it was with them. I will be refusing that package getting a refund and boycotting this store and their awful policies. Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed where is that guarantee anywhere in this interaction? What happened to customer service? I tried to talk to a manager and only got VM could not talk to anyone. If the bike was used and it was weeks later I can understand it was less than 24hrs from delivery I tried doing this return. I will make sure my family and friends never ever shop at this store!"
"Terrible customer service and the website is misleading and I did not receive what was listed on the invoice. Firstly, the individual handling the call was not courteous and did not take the time to explain the miscommunication or help find a proper solution. Secondly, the website should properly display the correct item being purchase.
I attempted to order the Anon M3 MFI Second Goggles (Ripcity/SONAR Red And SONAR Infrared Lens), which states and displays pictures of goggles that come with two lenses. Instead, I received my goggles with only one lens. When I tried to explain the situation to customer service I was simply shrugged off and told that what I received was a "gamble." That the company may or may not receive a pair of goggles with a spare lens. If this is the situation then the company should correct the website to match the inventory."
