"Ordered snowboard binds off their site and their online support rep wrote in perfect English and was really helpful in making sure the bindings would fit my board. The bindings didn't come with disc locks so I emailed them and they sent me a replacement the next day that came in a few days after, great customer service and would buy again. "

I went back into the site which was still up showing what items we have bought . now i have to wait 10 business days to get back almost $800.00 because i will not be buying any items from this company again. "After purchasing a 32 degree bag in March 2016 for a summer 2017 Iceland trip, my first test was in Nov. I was frigid in the low 40s. Fluffed the bag with tennis balls in the dryer; tried it again in similar conditions in Jan. with little change. The House refused to refund my money since A) it was past 30 days and 2) it had been used. How can I test the bag until it is chilly enough and do so without using it? The lesson here is self-evident. To do business with these folk would be foolish unless you are certain there will be no product issues."
