"I ordered a Raynor Ergohuman Chair from The Human Solution. The chair arrived damaged. I immediately called the company to inform them and was told the replacement parts would ship "tomorrow or the next day at the latest." I keep following up and was told a different story every time I called. Six days after my initial call informing them of the damage I was told for the third time that the parts would ship "tomorrow" and that it was miscommunication from the manufacturer that caused the delays. I asked if they can at least be over nighted because of all of the delays I was told "the manufacturer will not do that, it is too expensive."
Approximately 10 days after the initial shipment the replacement part arrived and my chair is now working fine."
