"I have been a customer spending an average of $90 per month at The Natural. I have been happy with the products when I can get them. Except for the time I ordered a box of fiber bars that arrived with an expiration date less than a month away. I don't have to worry about that happening again because they no longer carry my favorite bars, just like other products I grew to like then couldn't get. l I use certain supplements for health issues and find the convenience of on line ordering and the great prices a plus for my busy lifestyle. However, The Natural has consistently been out of stock on at least one item every time I have ordered the last several times. I have had to shop around for another resource. I also have a problem with the sloooow website. it takes me twice as long to get through the process than it does other shoppin sites. I have not felt like a valued loyal customer so I will be moving on. Other places where I consistently shop periodically send me special offers .
