"I have been a customer spending an average of $90 per month at The Natural. I have been happy with the products when I can get them. Except for the time I ordered a box of fiber bars that arrived with an expiration date less than a month away. I don't have to worry about that happening again because they no longer carry my favorite bars, just like other products I grew to like then couldn't get. l I use certain supplements for health issues and find the convenience of on line ordering and the great prices a plus for my busy lifestyle. However, The Natural has consistently been out of stock on at least one item every time I have ordered the last several times. I have had to shop around for another resource. I also have a problem with the sloooow website. it takes me twice as long to get through the process than it does other shoppin sites. I have not felt like a valued loyal customer so I will be moving on. Other places where I consistently shop periodically send me special offers . It's not about what they give me, it's just nice to know when a company recognizes a loyal customer. I am only including the # of my last order, and I do mean LAST, as a point of reference. I wanted this relationship to work but after three plus years it's time to move on."

"I had ordered my probiotics from them several times with no problem, however this past time I ordered the product got lost in the mail and it was over a week before it arrived at my house. Because this product must be refrigerated, I called the company and they sent me a call tag to send it back and said they would send out a new batch when they received the old one. All good so far. My husband being the cynic that he is marked both bottles on the bottom with a sharpie to ensure that they sent me new product and I thought he was nuts. Well, thank goodness for his cynicism because sure enough they sent me back the same, surely ruined from lack of refrigeration product that i sent back to them. When I called to tell them this they just said oh, that's weird and we'll send out a new order right away. No, I'll never do business again with such a dishonest company. They did credit my amex right away and haven't sent a shipping label to get the bad stuff back which is just as well b/c they'd probably just send it to somebody else. How despicable. I actually use this product for medical reasons."

"I have shopped The Natural for many years and up until now have been quite satisfied with their service. I have placed an order in the beginning of August. Normally my order would be shipped within just a few days. Since I had not received my order and two weeks had passed by without a word from the company, I called the company inquiring about my order. I was told that some of the products were out of stock and the woman on the phone would call them. I would have appreciated notification without having to make a call. I did receive two orders, but still have two pending."
