"Absolutely horrible company to deal with. They shipped the wrong product. I didn't need to use the stain until a couple of weeks after I received it and I noticed the mistake at that time. I sent 4 emails with no response. Finally I called them and the lady who called me was a complete ****. They wouldn't send a call tag to pick up the product or send me out the item I ordered. She said too much time had elapsed and they weren't responsible. She said I could have substituted a different product and they can't take a chance. Do you believe this??? She said it was my fault that I didn't respond immediately. She was rude and and defensive and lacked any sign of true cutomer service. Please shop elsewhere to buy your supplies or chances are you will be disappointed like me."
"Iordeeed online never received a confirmation of my order. When it did come an item was missing. Called twice with a detailed massage and there has been no call back. I have since email them with all information. Let’s see, but I’m not very hopeful.

"I ordered some pain on 8/3 and though it would take 7 days to arrive. They said free shipping, yet they charge $5 for handling. I received an email on 8/10 saying that my paint would be shipped. It finally arrive today on 8/16. Go with they guys if you have a few weeks and don't need it. "
"Well on the website they state "Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours" that is a lie your order will only ship until you complain about it, my order took five days until the order status was updated to shipping after I asked for info on my order... again don't waste your time with this website."
"Every time you call to fix your messed up order it says they are too busy to leave a message. They never call back. Left off two items. Half way hand wrote out of stock will fix on invoice. If they were out of stock should not have been for sale online. No refund or email in weeks. Do not use this company. They are a scam. Horrible customer service. "
"I ordered some rustoleoum polyurethane on December 21. I am used to companies which communicate about how long things are going to take. I wrote them on December 28 trying to find out why the items had not been shipped. On December 29, I received a rude response from customer service by email (No name mentioned in email) saying that with this item it takes 10-14d before shipping and I cannot cancel it. On December 29, I wrote back 2 times saying to cancel the order and do not ship. They never responded to my emails and I contacted the credit card company to alert them. On Jan 3 I received notification they shipped me the items. I contacted the credit card company and they said to refuse delivery. So I did that. On Jan 11, I received a call from the paintstore asking why I refused delivery and I explained what happened. I do not know how this will end, but my experience in dealing with this was horrible! The customer service dept NEVER responded to my emails or concerns and they have CANCELLED my account without explaining themselves. Not that I would order from them again anyway. Please note, you will not see their phone number or address on their web page. That is a sign of a sketchy business. Save yourself the trouble and get the items somewhere else!"
"I purchased $400+ worth of Rustoleum epoxy kits, based on the item photo and model number clearly indicated on their site. They had a different, smaller, product drop-shipped to me from rustoleum with a different model number etc. When i contacted them they indicated this wasn't a mistake and that i could return the items for a refund , but that i would have to pay for return shipping because they insisted it wasn't their error. They then proceeded to ignore weeks of additional emails from me on the topic. I have screenshots, photos, manufacturers documents etc. as evidence. Awful company to do business with, had to escalate to a paypal claim, which remains in progress."
