"I bought a parfum on 7 January and they charged me an extra for delivering it in two days. I wrote in the order that it should be delivered until 9 January (I was leaving the hotel on 10 January). They have not delivered it until now (11 January). I left the hotel and the city without my package because the did not do their actions on time. And they refused to cancel the order with false excuses. Not professional company."

I will be reporting this company to the BBB and there local police department per address. These Poole are so bold they don’t even send you your products at ALL and from reading the reviews the perfume you get if you do actually get it is fake. If you notice they never respond to any of the reviews. Please stay away from this company and save yourselves a headache. I ordered Month Blanc 6.7 OZ and it smells like rubbing alcohol and did not last long. I went to Sephora and got a sample and it smells different than the one they sent tome. I called customer service and they had an attitude and were very unhelpful and they refused to exchange my cologne.
Please do NOT do any business with this company.

"This company is unscrupulous!!!! I ordered cologne as gift for my husband for a later date and eau de parfum for myself. Upon opening the gift which was boxed and wrapped in cellophane it was discovered that there was no “straw” to take the cologne from the bottle to the sprayer. Their only remedy was to have opened the gift within the policy timeframe they claim is on their website . Totally unacceptable. I’ve ordered from Fragrance.net many times and will go back to them. At least they stand behind their merchandise."
