I ordered a refurbished printer, had a slight issue with the set up, it ended up being a small defect and right away they sent me a replacement. We have bought three of these from The Printer Pros in the last 6 months. All of them have been refurbished by the seller and work as good or better than new. They even look new as I guess they must refinish the case as well. The price they charge is very fair, but most important is the quality of what they ship you. It's excellent.
