"I purchased a printer without duplexing ability, then later decided to order a duplexer. When the duplexer was installed, the power cord stuck out too far for the duplexer to completely connect. I called Matt, told him the problem, and he had a low profile cord sent to us the next day. I am very pleased and will order from The Printer Pros again!"

“We greatly apologize for that issue with toner dust on the printer. Each of our Authorized Technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and we would never ship a printer that is not completely clean - we have a meticulous 20 point Refurbishing process that each printer goes through. The starter toner must have been crushed in transit, which is Very rare actually. We have issued you a $100 refund for the trouble.
If there is ever an issue with a customer's product, we will do everything in our power to make it right, just call or email us right away. In this case we would have shipped out a replacement immediately. Unlike most of our competitors we pay for all shipping charges in a Warranty Replacement situation, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience.”
