"I don't have a fast internet connection, especially in the evening, so the download stalled several times and I had no idea what was going on. The instructions assume optimal conditions. It isn't clear if you can close the webpage after the download starts. No mention of timeouts or other problems of even if you can start again (you can). Eventually it got very late so my internet speed came back up to about 8 or 10 MBS speed and all went well, but without persistence someone might not have made it without as call to support."
