"After careful research I placed an order for Samsung 50" Q80T for $879 and 10% discount for new customer and was very pleased it gave an order# with my discount! I was still nervous about it but within 2 days I received an invoice email and a shipping email with tracking number!! When I found out 50" Q80T did not have Qsymphony I saw they had a 55" Q90T for $1089 with Qsymphony so I called Support Desk, Alvie Morales, and asked could I return Q80T and purchase the Q90T! They said sure, sent me a return label and said when my payment cleared they would put the 10% discount on the new one! Have now received Q90T and want to thank them for great customer service and for being REAL!! "
