"Purchased a tv on thurs. Tuesday, yesterday, I message about an update on the order and am told the system is down and to check back in 2 hours. 2 hours later I received an email that the item was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. Wednesday, I see the tv is on the website and I inquire. Customer service tells me they can’t guarantee that if I purchase the tv they’ll have the inventory to fulfill my order. What?! If I’m able to purchase the tv one would assume it’s in stock!!! I was told to reorder the product I had already ordered again and WOULD HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE (I used the 10% discount) BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED AN ORDER THEY COULD HAVE SIMPLY FULFILLED!!! They said they would give me the refund for the discount as if I hadn’t already been inconvenienced the first time with the refund. If it was out of stock since Thursday why wait until I inquire days later to tell me it’s out of stock and cancel the order."
"This was my third purchase from "the Store". I purchased a 43"smart tv. It was out for delivery when it was re-routed to an address in a different state and delivered there. I've tried to contact them for a refund with little success. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I got ahold of them by phone once, but it was a foreign call center. They said they'd request a refund but that never happened."
"I ordered a Vizio TV model # V435-H11. I was sent a Vizio TV but the model was not the same. It was V435-H1 which has a few differences. One of which is the stands that come with the TV I was sent to stands for the H11 and not the H1. I'm not sure why Vizio decided to do this but the ones for the H11 did not fit the H1. I also had an issue with the casing not closing at the bottom on the right side of the TV around the infrared sensor. Other than that the TV is fine there's a little bit of a haze at the top on the screen. I'm okay with it for the most part. I was able to buy the leg stands I needed on eBay. I will probably use again but I will try to be in contact with the more to make sure I get exactly what I want."

"I applied a promo code during checkout. The discount reflected in my order confirmation but my card was charged the full amount without the discount.
I contacted customer service and submitted screen shots. The representative kept asking me for information that was already in my initial communication and attachments. I was told that apparently someone still has to approve the return of the overcharged amount.
It's now a day after the estimated delivery date and my order hasn't arrived yet. I was emailed a shipping confirmation from The Store 5 days ago but FedEx tracking shows they haven't even received the shipment yet."
"I entered card info and my order was automatically proceeded to the wrong address without ever having a chance to review information and confirm my order. I immediately went to cancel the order and was unable to. I sent messages to the customer service but did not receive a response. I called in the morning and they said it was shipped already but were coy about providing shipping information. I told them to cancel it and they said they would. They said they can’t refund me even until they get the product back. It’s been all day and the tracking info is showing nothing. They also never responded to any of my messages. Honestly this whole site looks like and feels like a scam. I just want my money back and I’m not sure what the delay is or why there’s a lack of communication from ‘the store’

"I am giving this review after 4 months. This product is really good. Battery backup is 7 hours in normal use. The booting time is 9 seconds, the graphics are quite awesome. The sound quality is superb. The keyboard light is amazing. overall this is a very good product. yes, you can go for it."
