"My previous expereince when I tried to purchase a Welder watch was problematic. The watch came without any plastic on the crystel nore the watch backing. The tags were removed so it looked like a refurb. However, they did accpet it back and gave me a full refund except for the delivery. I originally wanted to exchange it for a TW Steel CEO Goliath as it was on special for $350.50 however, they did not accept to do this as they were only willing to exhange a Welder for a Welder(and for which they did not have the model I wanted). I ended up by the TW Stell CEO goliath for $397.00 so it cost me an extra 46.50."
