"The watchery always fails to send notice of the item having shipped until after the item has been delivered, which is many days following the sale. Someone is way too busy (over-assigned tasks is a management problem) or someone is saving steps ( a lazy employee?) by not notifying customers until after the order is delivered. In future I will not request to do the survey, as that seems to delay communication of the order having shipped."

"We puchased a Tag Heuer watch less than two years ago. There is now moisture under the crystal and the watch quit working. Beware that watches puchased through the Watchery are not covered under the manufacturers warranty, but some apparent third party. We attempted to email and call and have yet to receive any response. Our advise, is do not buy from the Watchery to save money on a watch, as they do not stand behind what they say their warranty is."
