"I am from Malaysia and I have unpleasent experience with TheWatchery.com, i made an order to buy few Swiss made watches through my credit card but transaction was cancelled due to their suspicions on fraud. I wrote to customer service to enquire the reason, I was told by a lady name Roxanne to try with Pay Pal account payment. I took trouble to pay and open Pay Pal account and made payment for the purchase of another 2 Swiss watches. This time my payment was rejected again due to the fact that their management will not approve transaction over USD500/= from an 'unconfirmed address'. I wrote in and complaint through email on what the heck that meant, all I received was an answer from a guy name
Fred telling me that due to my address is outside of US and Canada, my order is treated as unconfirmed address and therefore PayPal reserve right not to qualify the payment. I was very upset and ask them if a engine customer wanted to buy from Malaysia, what payment options will they offer to effect the order. All I was told waste made payment by Telegraphic Transfer and then I shall receive what I order.

There you go online shopping but primitive offline transaction. I am not too impressed but then hey what can you do if you are crazy about the Swiss made watches you are looking for sometime to add on to your own collection.

So one just have to bite the bullet and keep one mouth shut to shop with them.

Wonder if they will ever change for better to serve customer like me and in this part of the world. And if they will really care about my complaints.

And am not even sure if they will like to serve me again or accept me as a valuable customer who had gone through numerous obstacles just to buy watches from their website."
