"My first experience with Watchery was extremely negative. I purchased an Invicta for an unbelievable price, $45. I thought it was too good to be true, and it fact it was. The watch was delivered with a huge kink in the band and I couldn't get the kink out without taking the band off. I called The Watchery right away and spoke to someone I thought was in customer service. He said to send it back with a note explaining the defect, which I did. He said that he would send me a return pre-paid label, since I was returning a defective item. One week went buy and I still didn't have the label. I called again and spoke to Judy, and she apologized and emailed me a label that afternoon. Why the first person didn't do this is unexplainable. When I called Judy, I asked if they could put the same watch aside for me since I mailed the defective watch back the same day I received the label. She said that they had plenty in stock and it was necessary.

Needless to say, 5 days later, I get an email saying "sorry, this item is out of stock" and I would get a credit towards another watch of equal value. I spent the weekend looking for a comparable watch for $45., but couldn't. I called and they really didn't seem to want to work with me, so I asked for my credit card to be credited.

I am convinced that the only reason why the watch was so cheap to begin with was they knew it was defective, but failed to disclose that when I called. Either that or someone mis-priced the watch. Either way, I wasted a lot of time with the Watchery and still don't have the watch I wanted."
