"What you see is what you get, TW has delivered on their promises and I would recommend these guys anyday. Goods - perfect, Communication - perfect, Delivery in timely manner - perfect. Some of those online companies should take a leaf out of TW manuals.

These watches have been offered online as late as the day I received the email. I have been offered a 5% discount on my next purchase but have been unable to utilize this as the call centre is flaky.

I found 2 Rotary's watches, one man's, and one women's that I liked. I placed the order on line and the prices where excellent. Both watches where retailing for $1600 each and I ended up getting them both on sale for $250 each!! When the purchase went through there was a mistake with one of the final prices for the women's watch so I called customer service and to my surprise I was answered instantly and I was refunded the difference on the error with no hassles whatsoever. "I've purchased an MK Runway gold watch at the Watchery store for the first time and was very excited to see it. Upon deliver, I noticed black blemishes on the bracelet. I immediately contacted their customer service and I was given a return shipping for return. The replacement watch was delivered after a week and a half and AGAIN, I was very very very disappointed because the black blemishes on the 1st watch was more prominent on the 2nd watch. I asked for a refund when I emailed them because I can no longer trust them that they will give me good product if I decided to ask for a replacement again. After an exchange of emails, to my dismay, the Watchery want me to shoulder the shipping for the damaged watch that they sold me. I am still waiting for Amazon on what to do on this part. I am very very disappointed. I first made the order on 4/18/2013 until now I still haven't got any good result for the watch."
