"Agricultural machine outfits seem to be trying to force users to buy filters and the like from authorized dealers at what seem to be high prices. Looks like they have used altered part numbers and somehow suppressed cross reference tables on filters.
I needed a filter for an International tractor. The dealer had it with a revised part number at $70 plus tax and a long drive to pick it up. Fortunately I had a generic Baldwin number in my notes. Wrench Monkey got it delivered to me in two days for total price $50 "
"Advertises 1 day delivery but takes 6. On day 3 after the order I tried to cancel the order and told them to contact the carrier to bring it back to them but they refused. I should have stuck with Rock Auto and I will never buy from those monkeys again. "

"I'd give zero star if I could. Do not order anything from these scam artists if its not in stock. Ordered a pair of shocks late June. Irelynd reached out and said they would need to be backordered and that it would take about 4 weeks for them to receive them and then another 6-8 weeks for them to process and ship. I proceeded with the order. They charged me and now its December 21st and I have received nothing. Call weekly and no one ever answers and I e-mailed over a dozen times and absolutely no response. Will never buy from them again."
"1. They had the wrong part number - refused to fix even after notifying them and going through return process - still the incorrect part number on their site.
2. Getting the RMA was easy part - they want their parts back. Returning your money afterwards, that's the hard part.
3. Refused to acknowledge return was processed. Refused to issue refund. Refused to reply to emails entirely.
4. Had to go through chargeback. Case resolved 2 months afterwards in my favor.
Avoid the hassle, don't bother with this company. Ended up buying the correct parts from another online parts store."

"I tried them in 2017 and in 2022. Both orders messed up. Sent wrong items, when I ordered, what was shown in stock was not and substituted for more expensive parts which they sent a wrong one. The box had the right part number, but no one bothers to look in them to confirm what is in there.
Check out the google reviews and others to compare. Some may be on other sites and fictitious to bump their numbers up.

"I have used these clowns before and realized they were no better then parts avatar because they say every part is in stock when in fact it is not...So I attempted to call the useless number and after dozens of attempts actually reached someone and I got a --Were short handed thats why no answer--. Then I said why bother with a voice mail as no one ever attempts to get ahold of the customer to rectify a problem after all it seems like they do not customers I guess. So I attempted to rectify the orders I had placed and cancelled them both and said the hell with these clowns, as I have read on here from other unhappy people this is far from an isolated incident. So in closing take your business to other places where you actually will be looked after...."

"I have ordered several times from this company. But never again. My previous orders were run of the mill orders and things went OK. My last order was a complete disaster. I asked for a quote on five different filters for a BMW and a Mercedes-Benz. They quoted. The prices were reasonable so I placed the order. A few days later they told me that they did not have several of the filters, that they would do replacements and honor the initial prices. The review was complicated as all get out, but once I figured out the multiple email messages, I accepted. I had asked for a filter for a third vehicle, but they ignored that request altogether, even after several follow up enquiries. The 5 filters ordered arrived about two weeks later. I installed four of them. The fifth did not fit at all; the instructions in the box clearly showed that the filter was for models of the car up to 2014. Mine is a 2015. I had specifically asked them to ensure that the filters would fit my vehicles! I contacted them about the wrong filter asking them what they would do about it. They asked for my VIN number, which I supplied, even if that has nothing to do with the fitment. I followed up several times. No response several weeks later! Now I have a filter I cannot use and still have to find one that fits my car! Avoid these crooks. Don't be fooled by low prices. "
"Ordered a battery cable from them 2 weeks ago they never gave me any shipping info besides a transaction code. I started getting worried after 2 weeks went by and seeing all the awful reviews for their site so I tried calling and of course straight to voice mail at 2 pm middle of the work week answering machine said they were open at that time. Left a message with my deets no one ever called me back feeling rather ignored I messaged them on face book asking them to email me with a response and rather than that they messaged me back on face book asking for order number I gave them the number and have now been waiting 2 days for a response I will me canceling my order these people are just the worst don't waste your time and money on these S*** Clowns.
