"A standard roll is 4.5" wide. This only holds less than 4.25" if you want it to roll properly. The company expectation is you read the Q&A to figure this out, as its not listed in the specifications. They wouldn't return it bc I installed it before I figured that out. Silly me for thinking this would fit normal tp from Costco. "
