"Spent over $1800 on a sink, cabinet, and facet/plumbing set. It is missing the overflow ring to match the $525 (part of the $1800) satin finish faucet set and they have no option for that. They didn't have satin finish options in plumbing to go form the base of the sink plumbing to the wall. The base is a see through so this is vital. They didn't disclose that to you and I had 3 email correspondence with customer service. They didn't advise they were shipping, I received an email from Fed. Ex. at 6:30am the morning of and that it needed a signature. I had to take a day off of work unplanned and sit all day to receive all 3 pieces on 3 separate trucks. The package was great! The took a lot of care in packing and it showed. It was difficult to remove the sink it was packed so well. I struggle with the rating but it was the customer service. While they answered in a timely manner. They pushed the product knowing it was missing things. When they said they didn't have them when I inquired again, they ghosted me after they said they didn't have them. They offered no solution or assistance. What annoys me more is from the time I asked about the product to purchase was about 2 months and the price went up $200 and I still purchased but they offered no solution to their shortcomings. Do I like the product, yes! The description and measurements were perfect. It is a smaller unit for a smaller bathroom. This could have easily been a 5 star review. "
