"I have been feeding THK for well over 8 yrs. Grain Free... I feel you should ship the food FREE, since the retail stores get it at a much reduced rate. I bought it from you, then at Concord Pet - who no longer carries it and at times it was almost out dated, they charged the same as you sell it for, why don't you sell it to us for the price the stores get it for? A friend of mine used to be a dealer and I paid about 1/2 as she gave it to me at cost and there is a BIG mark up, as is with everything we purchase. I wish all of your grain free did not contain white potatoes as potatoes are not good for dogs and there also seems to be mixed feelings if they should have alfalfa and large amounts of flax seed? Why not use pumpkin, sweet potato & squash, as well as krill & or salmon oil? Ever think about making some foods with mixed meat & wild game meats - ie: venison, bison, duck, lamb, goat, etc? I have been feeding my dogs raw meat/organ meat/uncleaned tripe/bones, veg. fruit, eggs, yogurt,vit's,ect. since 1954 when I got my first dog when I was 9 yrs. old - a Corgi. The Vet told me, dogs are carnivors and need raw meat & bones as that is what they would eat in the wild, they wouldn't eat grain, other than animal stomachs. THK makes it easier since I don't have to process/freeze the veg. fruit any longer.
