"Love the food, but your free shipping made me wait almost 2 weeks to receive it! I had finished the last a few days before the food arrived and my Granny, who has IBD suffered for the wait. I understand that free shipping is a bonus, but would have appreciated knowing that there would be a considerable wait.
Bonus points are a plus but Chewy.com delivers free essentially overnight.

"I found the website to be not very user-friendly, especially when trying to apply the reward points. This was very frustrating and almost caused me to give up on ordering. I tried THK several years ago, and it seemed to take longer for the food to rehydrate than it does now. This is wonderful, as my dogs are not very patient waiting for food!
