Support is excellent and they offer several programs to help a shopper looking for the best food for their pets, that lives on a budget. The concierge program makes ordering a breeze as food is sent automatically based on the needs of the consumer. Love that it is sent via the mail as I live in a rural area and I only have to travel as far as my post office for the food. It is shipped via a carrier and was previously sent right to my door, (which makes it super great), but with my move to a rural location the carrier sends the food to the post office for pick up and that is fantastic also. Payment is also easy with the concierge program as it is set up automatically and I get an email reminder that a shipment is coming any changes needed can occur and then payment is updated or occurs without worry. Points are earned that can be cashed in for food or treats or other products that are sold by the company. Emails do not flood the inbox but do come offering specials on new products or bonus buys. Questions are answered by professional, courteous individuals who are pleasant to deal with. The product is well loved by my four dogs and any dog that comes to visit for an overnight stay. I have sent gifts of food boxes to friends and their dogs also have enjoyed the food. I love that it is dry and so it is easy to travel with as we are campers and weight can be an issue. Plus the re-hydrating of the product lets me get lots of fluids into my dogs and removes worry from my old dogs with few to no teeth. My dogs health check ups show that they are getting the nutrients they need and the vet care staff are always amazed at the perfect weight that my dachshunds are.... "

"My dog has suffered from pancreatitis in the past. This has eliminated his need for medication. He also suffers from anxiety and seizures, and this food is free of grain, chicken, and legumes; all on his list of trigger foods for seizures. Along with a daily does of CBD oil served in butter (who wouldn't love that), our little guy is happy and healthy. He sits in the kitchen and waits for me to put his food bowl down so he can gobble it up!"
