I prefer to give them my business over Amazon, although the latter would certainly be more convenient. Recently, I have had difficulty locating the recipe that my dogs prefer: Force. The store manager told me that it was going to be unavailable for a while. I was thrilled, when I found that I could purchase it directly from your website AND continue to earn a free box of food.
After placing my first order, I realized that I could have placed a recurring order instead. I tried to cancel my order, but read that I could not do so. Instead, I went ahead and placed the recurring order, not knowing when the boxes would arrive. A few days later, I received an email stating that I had only a few days left to alter the recurring order. Knowing that I had plenty of food, I delayed the delivery, knowing that I would receive it two weeks after the first order (the one that I couldn’t cancel).
Well, the first order arrived three days ago, and the second order (which should not be shipped until April) arrived two days later. On top of that, I received an email stating that my purchases would no longer add up to free food, but rather to discounted items. I do not yet know if that is good or not, but am frustrated with the use of your website!
I can’t cancel items, but when I change the date, the change is ignored as well! I was TRULY hopeful that ordering the food from your site would be more convenient than buying it from the store. "
