Unlock was provided 3 hours after order, the unlock was successful, AND the load up screen will always be AT&T as that is the software installed in the phone, the unlock code provided allows you to use other networks but your phone will still load up as AT&T as that is the preinstalled software that cannot be taken off the phone,
