I am not sure how it was the worst experience. When placing the order you put the last name Quach as the email address, you then emailed us with the corrected email at which time we verified the order and submitted saying it would take 1-20 days to complete the order, That was on August 24th. On September 22nd the payment was refunded and stated due to an AT&T update for the iPhone 11 models and labor day the order was slightly delayed and in the end was not found due to coming back as not an AT&T device (which would also explain why it was held up in the AT&T service). End of October we received a BBB complaint requesting $120 even though you only paid $49.99 and that complaint was thrown out as we proved the payment was already refunded for the amount paid. Since you were not able to make an additional $70 from a BBB complaint you decided to write a review here. I do apologize for not being able to unlock the phone but extorting us for an additional $70 of what was paid is uncalled for.
