"I purchased an iPhone 6, but unfortunately it was locked. I was led to this site and had so much faith my phone would be remotely unlocked! Four days later, I received an email saying my phone had been remotely unlocked and if I followed a few simple steps, I would be able to use my phone. Nope. After trying dozens of times, I still saw the same screen I had seen when I first purchased my phone. iTunes displayed the same message it always had. I took my phone to my service provider, received a new sim card, nothing. At this point, I tried contacting the company, but just heard a recording asking me to leave a voicemail. No response. The website says they are open 24/7. Apparently they are closed at 2PM. Now, I'm tired from driving all over town hoping someone could help finish unlocking my phone, $30 poorer, and still looking at a locked phone taking up space on my desk. On the bright side, I've heard my phone could now be used as a nice paper weight.
Edited to add: the fastest way to get in contact with this company is to leave a review. However, be prepared to spend the next several days receiving argumentative emails from several employees nearly demanding you take down the review. The time frame stated on the website is 1-72 business hours to receive the unlock and the unlock message was provided well within that time frame. Based on this review it did say you called, but we are a small company and do not have a call center so there is only limited lines for many customers and in our voicemail we do ask to leave us a email instead of a voicemail as it takes much longer to get through voicemails as it does with emails, unfortunately in this case there was no email follow up on your end after the phone call as we ask. We do work 24./7 and we did assist you at around 2:30 pm after the review was posted (2pm) and the issue was brought to our attention. No money was wasted as we were not able to unlock the phone and by 3:30pm you had a refund due to your Verizon iPhone 6 not being able to be unlocked. After seeing the review we looked through the call logs and was able to locate the time frame called and found the voicemail but the review was already written and the support staff had already resolved your issue of a 100% refund as that is our money back guarantee. The review is a way to contact us, but the best way is through email, facebook, live chat, contact us or phone call.
