"The customer service with thinkific is outstanding. Patrick is fantastic. I would like to see more features with thinkific, such as adding social buttons easily to the header so my students can find me and engage with me socially. Also being able to embed contact form quickly and easily on a contact page (rather than a sumo me tab) so my students can easily reach out and ask me questions. I think a thinkific support page on both these features is necessary, there doesn't seem to be any info on this.
Landing page design requires coding. It would be nice to have templates. I think you'll find a lot more satisfied clients and students with a snazzy landing page that we don't need to outsource, but can do it ourselves like a wordpress or leadpages template."

"I have been a Thinkific customer for about 8 months now and all I can say is that my experience in working with them has been amazing!
During this time, I have seen the system evolved by incorporating some new tools and features suggested by us (the users). Their tech support people are super nice to work with. The only one time I had a major issue (not their fault but my web programmers) they took the time to pinpoint the problem and give me directions to have it solved.
I cannot be happier with my choice and HIGHLY recommend this system for anyone looking to open an online source of income via training on demand.

"I used to be really worried in the beginning about the website part. I am a Udemy instructor but wanted to create my own website. I even tried Wordpress but nothing was as simple as Thinkific. The good thing is now I can focus on my product i.e. my courses and now I am not at all worried about the tech part as you guys are managing it quite well.
However, there are some suggestions from my side :
1) It would be great if you could give us an option to opt for lecture specific discussion board (just like udemy has, something of that sort).
2) A metric to show the number of students enrolled in the course and the number of reviews.
3) PayPal for subscription model. As we don't have stripe in India.
Apart from this, overall thinkific is a great platform and the customer support is superb. Thank you..!"

"I shopped around for a course building platform to house my my online guitar courses on. I'd never done an online course before and was worried about the tech side being a massive hold up. I wanted to get good products out there quickly and easily....without spending days trying to fix a problem!
Looked at Kajabi, Teachable, Udemy...and also considered doing it myself on Wordpress with a membership plugin. Then I heard Thinkific mentioned and checked it out. The reviews, testimonials, and the reports of amazing support made we go with them and I haven't regretted it one bit.
Their support is great, the product is slick, reliable and easy to use and once you've learned your way around it is a doddle to use. Once the content is created and uploaded I can now put a 10 module course together in less than half an hour. And I'm talking a course with video, audio, PDFs...all sorts of different media and Thinkific handles it all.
What I really love about the company is the way they are always improving the customer and creator experience. They are constantly producing new themes and designs, new integrations with 3rd party software, new video players...and lots more. They listen to you, the customer, and they do genuinely care about making their product as good as they can for you.
Although there are other platforms that serve a similar purpose I am super happy with Thinkific and would recommend it without question. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a way tp produce and sell online courses."
"I must say that as a developer, this is the best resource on the market. My first course was reviewed yesterday and my BETA tester was blown way.
I would say that the interface, could be improved for older users who are not as familiar with technology (larger buttons, button that are brightly coloured as everything is very subtle and gray).
I love thinkific. It really is a game changer.
So far, all of the staff have been very responsive and helpful. Oliver Chen and other have been really outstanding. I do want to thank the owner for creating this program.
