Yet after only a few subscribers and limited cash flow I inquired about returning to the free account. Customer service was very helpful and agreed to my request. I have lost my benefits yet my course remains online for my subscribers to complete and they have not noticed a difference."

"Pros - Easy to setup platform for selling courses, they have a great support team for helping beginners get their first course up and running, they recently updated the page creator which gives you a LOT more options for the designs of your school. Their FB support group is very active with varying experience levels of online business owners and they have a few support team members in there daily answering questions - which is useful when you need quick help. They also have quick customer support - most of our support issues have been resolved within 24 hours - and anything that lasted longer than that was a highly technical or customized issue we were asking about.
Cons - No dashboard for daily sales, or sales across courses - just total all time revenue. No ability to search and sort users by date or course purchase. You can do this by exporting all users in a CSV and then managing that spreadsheet outside of Thinkific. Also refunds are manual - current API does't speak to stripe and paypal to know when something has been refunded. You have to refund in paypal or stripe and then refund in thinkific to ensure access is cancelled. "
