Vinyl Lover's Candy Store ?????????? Mistaken Identity / Company is scandalous and naughty by nature if you as me

"6 Records I ordered are not playable and scratched. I spent $109 and got a refund of $24 for records they said didn't exist in their
data base. Absolutely no customer service. 2 Records were duplicate titles. Charlie's Daniel's Drinkin' my baby off of my mind never arrived. Paid $8.99 for a NM Pat Benatar ( We belong ) 45 and i counted 7 times it skipped a beat. Their web sight has blocked my access in trying to contact them for refunds and all inquires but I get the typical 403 error message. Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. Company is a rip off !!!!!!!!
Future buyers beware of this forbidden fruit (LOL)

At Least Their Customer Service is Consistant--Rude

"Had an issue with delivery. Sent an e mail asking if they had changed their method of shipping since in the past my orders had been sent to my home. This time when I checked the package tracking it said to pick it up at my post office. This was different. I e mailed the seller to find out if there had been a changes in their delivery method. His response was very rude.
Here was their response;

Dear Chris,
It was shipped to the address you indicated.  You need to contact your local post office to find out what happened..  Not sure what you expect us to do if your post office delivers it wrong.  Only you can contact the post office.

I followed up with a Google review and he also replied with a rude response to the Google review Based on other reviews here, looks like they have a consistent track record of being rude and unprofessional.
Very disappointing that this is what you get for trying to support a small business.

"Do not buy from Thursdays .com. It took 2 months to get my shoes and they felt like cheap plastic. I paid $78.00 and they offered me a $15.20 refund. Shoes were never worn will probably go in the trash."

Vinyl much poorer condition than advertised - refused to offer full refund - Horrible experience

"I purchased a record from their website which was marked as being in excellent condition. Upon receiving it, I could tell immediately this wasn't the case. It had large scratches across it, had warping, and was generally in pretty rough shape. Nowhere near the 'Excellent' condition that it was advertised as.

When I wrote, thinking they may have sent me the wrong copy of the record, they stated I could send it back within five days and be refunded the purchase price minus shipping or return shipping costs. If I had made a mistake or decided I didn't want this record, this would be fair, but to misleadingly advertise it as being far better quality than what was sent to me, whether or not this was intentional on their end, they shouldn't leave the buyer out the costs of shipping and return shipping and tracking, which almost adds up to the cost of the record itself.

Poor customer service from the person who I was communicating with, poor policies, and definitely sketchy in advertising their product as being much higher quality than it actually is. The record is scratched, warped, and skips when being played.

Overall, an extremely poor impression of this company, and I definitely won't be considering them at any point in the future.

Received wrong record

"I would not recommend purchasing records from this company. We ordered several records & ran into several issues. The experience has been one problem right after the other. 1st they sent an email stating that they can't provide 4 of the records we ordered, which was understandable because sometimes you just don't have everything in stock after all. The odd thing was when they gave us a store credit instead of refunding our credit card; we had to request the refund. Then the order received was wrong; they didn't make 1 mistake but 3 mistakes with the order. The day the order came, March 12, we noticed that they shorted us a record & they sent us a record they said that we wouldn't be receiving. When it was reported they were confrontational & kept stating it wasn't possible; in the end they shipped us the missing record. A couple days later, we realized that while they shipped us a Creedence Clearwater Revival record it wasn't the record we ordered. When this was reported on March 15, they told us to ship the record they incorrectly sent us back to them at our cost then they would send us the one we ordered. They refused to send a call tag for the incorrect record & to send us the one we ordered. If we ordered the wrong record, this would be understandable. But this was not the case; they packaged & sent us the wrong record so they would be responsible for the return shipping not us. We notified them of the problems within 3 days of receiving the merchandise; their return policy timeframe is 5 days. They are now stating that we are outside their return policy timeframe which is untrue. We notified them within that period; they have been refusing to take responsibility & remedy the problem. We requested a refund if they refuse to send us the record we ordered & call tag for the record they incorrectly sent. They are also refusing to do this. Do not purchase from this company, they're customer service is lacking & they do not take responsibility for their mistakes due to no quality assurance. "

Deceptive, Deceiving Trash Outlet

"Upon placing an order for (1) Marilyn Monroe Box of Diamonds, I was deceived that I would be receiving the set which consisted of 7 45 rpm records. The pictures on Thursday's Golden Goodies clearly portrayed this set as being $25.00. I inquired by email as to some details denoting more specifics after I ordered (big mistake). Apparently, when asking of the seven 45 rpm records, the merchant stated there was only one 45 record. I requested my money back as there were numerous emails "threatening me" and trying to "besmirch" my name. There were no cancellations as stated by Thursday's Golden Goodies which I was not aware. I requested my money back within five minutes after ordering.

Thursday's Golden goodies refused and started to pester me with emails, constantly harassing me. He stated, "There is no way you'll ever get your money back". At that point, I contacted American Express to reverse the charges back to them. In the interim, i visited Thursday's Golden Goodies website as the pictures and details were missing on the Marilyn Monroe Box of Diamonds. In place was Stardust-1767-4-pink for $25.00. The merchant changed the ad before I could take a snapshot. This was beyond anything I ever experienced.

American Express reversed the charges back to Thursday's Golden Goodies. When this fact occurred is actually when Thursday's Golden Goodies started harassing me with emails and presenting threats. All information can be fully corroborated as American Express additionally placed a block on the retailer. We would advise everyone to stand clear of Thursday's Golden Goodies, not to purchase anything. This retailer is nothing more than a scam to deceive the unsuspecting.

"I placed an order for a record to be shipped to my brother as a Christmas present. Received confirmation and Paypal paid receipt. Shortly after I received a REFUND notice and then an E-Mail from TGG's Mike telling me he couldn't do business with me because of who the record was to be shipped to. My brother gave him 1 neutral feedback on the condition of a record he received after years of business and over 50 record purchases and was promptly blackballed. TGG is not a member of Better Business Bureau or apparently any other consumer protection group and for obvious reasons.
I attempted again to order the same record BUT shipped to me and after the order went through, it was followed by a refund notice with NO EXPLANATION.
TGG may try to run and hide, but these reviews will catch up with him and the public will be that much wiser about dishonesty.
Follow up note: On 12/24/2014 I attempted to access the TGG website and I am now BLOCKED from access by my IP address. This guy is NO GOOD and will do his best to hide after you find out what he is really about.

"My experience was terrible with these guys. The vinyl lp ordered was listed as excellent but was scratched and unplayable when I received it. All I got from an email complaining about this to them was a rude response. Do not do business with these guys. They do not care about making customers happy. They do not provide honest listings."
