"Made the mistake of using multiple emails a while back. Then for multiple months was able to use the app no problem buying tickets full price always with my same account. On a random day (months after using different emails), I was banned to use the app. Didn’t understand why my transaction wasn’t going through so I used multiple credit cards of mine to see if it was a payment problem. Called customer service and the person said he wasn’t able to « unban » me even though he could see I had not use a different email in months. He told me to wait 10 mins and he would at least unban my husband and to go ahead and book tix on my husband email. We are now months later and we can’t buy anything on tickpick with his or my email. I realized I should not have used multiple emails in the first place but after using systematically the same address for months after the fact, I don’t understand my account being disactivated months Later and would have appreciated if the customer representative would have follow up and give access back to my husband at least like he told me on the phone. We used to buy all of our tix on tickpick and now have to use competitors."
