"Got to the venue to find tickets were fraudulent. Had to be escorted to the ticket office, with a security officer, where thankfully they were able to issue another set of tickets. Was not a pleasant experience and haven’t purchased tickets again since. Glad it wasn’t a larger amount purchase like I have in the past with TickPick. Made a complaint on TickPick’s Facebook page (where they were actively addressing others comments), but never heard anything back from them. "

"Tickpick charged an incorrect credit card and I got charge massive fees from my financial institution. Although Tickpick refunded my incorrect card and then recharged my correct one-I still have to pay OVER $100 of overdraft fees from my financial institution and Tickpick basically did nothing to makeup for their mistake. It took me multiple conversations which was inconvenient, not to mention incredible anxiety and then fees I was charged that I was unable to pay. VERY displeased."
