"I gave tick pick a try last year after surprising my husband with bucket list anniversary gift for tickets to the Super Bowl (huge pats fans!). Their prices were so much cheaper than anyone else out there with no buyer fees. The money we saved alone on the tickets pretty much covered the cost of our flights. It was incredible. They have provided top-notch customer service every step of the way, and made it a truly seamless experience from start to finish.
Hopefully the Pats will make it again this year, because I'd love to make it out there again!

"They didn't tell me I could set a deadline for when I receive my tickets until I kept pushing. They guaranteed the tickets by Friday for a Sunday event. Saturday rolled around and I still didn't get them. I had to contact customer service multiple times before someone finally told me they could set a deadline for the seller Saturday evening to upload the tickets. If not by then, I would get replacement tickets. Why did it take 3 times contacting customer service before I was told this? Also, I was promised a call back - never got one. Terrible service."
