Stay Away on Big Purchases

"TickPick seems fine for smaller priced items. I recently bought two tickets that were $4500 a piece, however, and it's clear that their infrastructure, etc, does not match what you would expect from purchases at that level.

They made multiple mistakes on the chain - told me my tickets were delivered when they weren't (and hadn't been delivered 3 days later), taken money out of my account before any tickets were confirmed. When I called to highlight my concern, the sales person threatened my ability to get a refund rather than try to find a solution.

Just use Stubhub, pay the extra fees there, and have comfort the experience will be ok.

I see the tickets you ordered for the Nashville Predators were not released until 7 AM of the day of the event. The Predators are very unique in their delivery method, but that is exactly when every ticket was released.
