"I made a purchase of 3 tickets, meant to be confirmed after 24 hours. After more than 48 hours and still no word, I called to find out that they canceled my order. According to TickPick 's site, they guaranteed me comprable tickets if available. Thousands of comprable tickets were available to the same show, yet TickPick refused to offer me what was promised. Instead, Joe, the customer service manager said, "I will not transfer you to my boss, he has more important things to do than to worry about you or your little order, and the seller will not be punished for making a mistake. The seller can now resell those tickets for more money. You get nothing. I'm hanging up on you now." TickPick then changed the wording of their guarantee on their website, to give all respect to the seller and leave the buyer high and dry with absolutely nothing. If you are looking to buy tickets, do yourself a favor and choose any of the other sites out there who actually respect people on BOTH sides of the transaction."

This would be the case for the show you purchased tickets for, as the high demand of tickets drove prices up. We are sure to note that ticket prices may be above or below face value right on the checkout page, as customers are required to check a box acknowledging this prior to purchasing tickets. As stated in our user agreement, we will do our best to provide comparable replacement tickets on unconfirmed orders; within reason. When we attempt to secure comparable tickets, we take into account both seat location and price of the original purchase. If no such tickets are available, we will offer promotional codes to help customers save on other tickets because we truly do want you to have the chance to attend your event even if we are unable to cover the entire difference. In this particular case we extended a generous promotional offer to be applied towards other tickets.”
