"I purchased tickets for playoff games and every one I went to click on said purchase not met due to timed out, I checked email nothing, done this 4times got the same answer, then clicked one and said purchased, it didn't give me the option to use a card or anything it automatically charged a card I used while back which I didn't want to use, an hour later checked my account and I was negative $800. Turns out every ticket I purchased that the sight said no purchase met ended up meeting somehow. Called customer service they said all sales are final they couldn't do anything but help sale the extra tickets, even after I explained what happened. Then tickets I ended up getting turns out to be a piece of paper I could have printed myself and got charged $15 for them. Very upset "

We had our tech manager look into it, and the reason your listing wasn't showing on the app is because the app hides listings when there are cheaper and closer seats in the same section, as our site is designed to show buyers the best deal. We see that your listing was further back and more than twice the price of better seats, therefore that is why they weren't showing front and center, as they had virtually no chance of selling until the other better deals had already come and gone.
