"I ordered tickets to a concert about 3 weeks prior to the event. When the week of the event rolled around, I had not received the tickets yet, so I called customer service. They were very helpful and contacted the seller and I received my tickets that same day. However, when I got to the event and had my tickets scanned I was told the were invalid and needed to go to the box office. When I went to the box office the attendant asked me where I got the tickets and I told her. To which she replied “They aren’t authorized sellers of our tickets, and you’ll need to contact them.” I called customer service, again the representative was very helpful and got me replacement tickets within 10 minutes. Im highly satisfied with the customer service, but it is slightly frustrating when you buy tickets and then are told that they are not valid. They were general admission tickets that I purchased so replacing them wasn’t an issue, but had they been actual seats I’m not sure that I would have been given comparable tickets the day of the event. "
