"First time using this site and I’m not sure if I’ll use it again. Intro page told me I had a $12 discount with a certain code. When I used it I was told it didn’t exist. Fine. Needed my credit card to place order. Left room to get it and of course I had to start all over again. This time I was told I had a $5 discount. Again I was told it didn’t exist. Placed order anyway. Site is slow to respond when changing screens. Overall a very frustrating experience."

"So I did a bunch of research and TicketIQ seemed a good choice. So I jump through all the hopes to set up a damn account, and the bs of getting activation codes and referral codes blah blah blah. I could have had $20 bucks off, but the stupid site wouldn’t process, and the codes expired. So I got stuck paying $20 bucks more for a ticket that was already $47 more than my friends paid the day the tickets went on sale. I don’t believe the website error was a simple error; is this how TicketIQ gets out of giving discounts? I’m not even going to try to contact customer service, because all the reviews said it ****..
